submitted by George J. - |Recommended: YesThis Is The First Apt I Have Lived In — It is a nice place. It is too close to railroad though, they charge for valet service whether you use it or not, and the gate system is not very reliable.

We definitely have been very vocal with the powers that be to make the area East of us a "No Horn Zone" as we would love to change this as well! Currently our Valet Living is a non-optional fee for our residents, should anything change we can keep you posted! As for the gates, they definitely do not like cold weather or high winds! submitted by Bailey T. - |Recommended: YesWell Maintained Property With Townhome Style Apartments — I have lived at this property for a few months and have overall enjoyed it. Maintenance is quick to take care of issues and the staff has been very helpful. There have been a few instances where my neighbors have been loud and I can hear them through my walls, but I figure that’s par for the course with any apartment. Overall I am impressed with the quality and privacy this townhome style apartment complex provides.
